Family Garden for wildlife

This family garden had three main requirements; reclaim back the garden and make the best use of a narrow, tapering space, child friendly with a dedicated play areas at the furthest point of the garden but allow clear sight lines from the main terrace, and finally to encourage wildlife. We installed a large land drainage pipe into an existing ditch to claim back a huge amount of extra space within the garden, an owl box, wildlife pond with safety mesh, log pile and wild play area with sleep-over cabin.
